Ken Snyder Inc. is seeking an experienced Master Diesel Technician / Shop Foreman to lead our repair shop while performing advanced diagnostics and repairs on our fleet of heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and customer vehicles. This position is ideal for a highly skilled diesel technician with strong leadership abilities who can oversee shop operations, manage workflow, and ensure quality repairs are completed efficiently and safely.

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy-duty diesel trucks and trailers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using OEM and aftermarket diagnostic software.
• Oversee daily shop operations and help prioritize workflow.
• Supervise and mentor technicians while maintaining a productive work environment.
• Ensure repairs are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
• Maintain repair records and communicate with the office regarding repair status and parts needs.

• Extensive experience repairing heavy-duty diesel trucks and trailers.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Previous shop management or leadership experience required.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Valid driver's license required. CDL and PA State Inspection License are a plus.
